• Carpenter: The carpenter performs tasks at the direction of a Superintendent, including rough carpentry (forming, framing, and blocking); finish carpentry (trim and cabinet work); installation of doors, frames and hardware; installation of accessories; and minor demolition as the project may require. They are expected to have hand tools needed to perform most any carpentry task and be able to complete tasks with minimal direction. Carpenter must be able to follow plans, specifications and codes. Carpenters are expected to be able to manage carpenter helpers and laborers, put together material and equipment lists needed for the task and communicate with the superintendents or the shop manager to prepare for the task. They are expected to see the task from start to completion. Carpenters will be assigned to projects as needed, and having flexible transportation is required.
• Carpenter Helper: Carpenter Helpers assist Carpenters. Carpenter Helpers work at the direction and supervision and of a Carpenter and/or Superintendent. A Carpenter Helper is expected to learn the skill and assist with the tasks of a Carpenter. Carpenter Helpers will be assigned to projects as needed. Flexible transportation is required.

- Lift a minimum of 75 pounds to waist height
- Excellent hand-eye coordination, able to grasp and assemble objects
- Excellent vision or corrected, including ability to distinguish basic color groups, excellent hearing
Job Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED; college degree or trade certification in job related field preferred.
- Must have a valid State Driver’s License
- Must have reliable personal transportation to get to jobsites
- Willing to take drug test and authorize background check
