The Talent Placement Specialist is responsible for evaluating applicants and delivering high-quality, interview-ready candidates to hiring managers. This role focuses exclusively on reviewing resumes, screening candidates, and matching the right talent to the right roles.
Education And Experience
- Minimum of 5 years technician/mechanic experience in HVAC, Plumbing, or Electrical trades, required
- Experience in high-volume labor sourcing a plus
- Ability and willingness to be on the phone, performing job requisition intake inquiries and screening candidates for long periods of the day
- Ability to create strong collaborative working relationships in a team environment
- Ability to set priorities and meet multiple internal customer’s needs
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on working effectively with all levels of management
