Senior Project Manager Role
The Senior Project Manager is responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating activities of mechanical and plumbing projects to ensure that goals or objectives of project are accomplished within prescribed time frames and funding parameters by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate supervisors:
- Develops project plans
- Coordinates projects
- Completes projects on time and budget
Requirements
Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university in business, management, or engineering or related field is required; or minimum of (10) ten years related experience in the mechanical construction field; Clear understanding of the mechanical and plumbing industry.
- Proven experience in healthcare, industrial and institutional mechanical construction
Key Responsibilities
Contributes to building a positive team spirit; Planning/Organizing - Prioritizes and plans work activities; Dependability - Follows instructions, responds to management direction; Reasoning Ability - Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
