What are the responsibilities and job description for the Construction Project Assistant position at Lee Company?
Summary of Job:
This position supports the construction groups’ sales and operations teams with day-to-day administrative and accounting activities. The position requires high attention to detail and the ability to regularly reprioritize tasks to meet internal teams’ and customers’ needs. A strong background in office/accounting systems and a high level of technical expertise is a plus.
Education and Experience:
- HS Diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years clerical work – some accounting experience preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and Teams

- Excellent written and oral communication skills

- Ability to develop strong working relationships with people of all business and professional levels
