**Job Title:** BAS Integrator
The BAS Integrator plays a critical role in the documentation and software programming of HVAC and process control systems. This position is also responsible for building automation system commissioning and training for facility operators. The BAS Integrator integrates multiple facility systems into one platform, working with various communication protocols such as BACnet MSTP, Echelon, Modbus, BACnet IP, and Scada.

Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Installation and Commissioning experience
- Interoperability of systems
- HVAC and Electrical Troubleshooting experience
- AX Certified or equivalent
Skills and Abilities:
- BAS Protocols - Develops an understanding of BAS communication protocols
- Electrical Knowledge – Has an in-depth understanding of Ohm's Law and electrical circuits
- Blueprints - Understands the basic concepts of blueprints and schematic drawings
- HVAC Systems – Develops a basic understanding of HVAC systems and components
- Hydronic Systems – Understands the basics of chilled, condenser, and hot water systems
- Air Side Systems – Understands the basics of variable and constant volume air flows
- Certifications – Possesses Siemens, Honeywell, and/or Trane BAS certifications
- Variable Frequency Drives – Understands concepts of VFD's and the ability to perform operational function checks
- Test and Balance – Understands the basic concepts of Test and Balance procedures
- Computer Skills – Possesses basic computer skills to include Microsoft Office products
- Valves & Actuators – Ability to identify, size, and create valve and actuator schedules
- Building Automation Systems – Ability to download and adjust BAS programs
- Perform functional checks of mechanical systems
- IT Networks – Understands the basics of IT networks to include networking and configuration of systems
- Design Software – Working knowledge of AutoCad
- Control Signals – Understands types and capabilities of differing control signals
- Scope – Understands and possesses the ability to develop scope of work
- Analytical – Collects and researches data; Uses intuition and experience to complement data
- Problem Solving – Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner
