Wholesale Paint & Parts Advisor
Monday-Friday 8AM to 5PM
$45,000 to $60,000 per year based on experience

Key Responsibilities:
· Receive and verify incoming parts orders
· Reconcile invoices and packing slips
· Assist customers with ordering body shop paint, paint and reconditioning supplies
· File credit requests for shortages, damages, and parts
· Update and maintain parts inventory information in the dealership system
· Perform administrative duties as necessary
Qualifications:
· Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills
· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
· Proficient computer and data entry skills
