GMC Sales Manager
Salary Range: $110,000 to $140,000
Lee Auto Malls, Maine's No. 1 volume dealership, seeks to hire a GMC Automotive Sales Manager in Auburn. If you are an experienced, results-driven F&I Manager, or Sales Manager, then we want to talk to you!
As the GMC Sales Manager, your responsibilities include:
- Lead the dealership's daily operations
- Set the appropriate example for enthusiasm, productivity, and accountability
- Lead team to achieve the established individual and department objectives and goals
- Navigate state-of-the-art technology for planning and tracking activities to maximize opportunities
- Be accountable for daily performance metrics in sales, appointments, and call follow-up
- Utilize V-Auto for vehicle appraisals
- Excel in customer satisfaction (CSI) performance
Qualifications:
- 2 years of F&I, or sales management experience
- Proven track record of strong sales numbers and CSI
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Exceptional follow-up and lead management skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Detailed-oriented and knows how to budget time
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
