COLLISION CENTER PARTS ADVISOR
NO NIGHTS/NO WEEKENDS
Salary: $45,000 to $55,000 per year
Collision Parts Advisor Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by phone and in-person
- Accurate and timely parts ordering for collision center repairs
- Update and maintain parts inventory information in the dealership system
- Reconcile invoices and packing slips, review prices and discounts for payment
- File credit requests for shortages, damages, and parts
- Perform administrative duties as necessary
Collision Parts Advisor Requirements:
- 1 years automotive parts experience
- Ability and desire to work in a fast-paced environment
- Computer literate
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Strong customer service communication skills
- A valid Driver's License and clean driving record
