Salary: $40,000 - $45,000 / year
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (No Weekends)

About the Opportunity
Lee Auto Mall in Topsham is seeking a professional Automotive Rental & Fleet Manager to oversee our high-volume Toyota sales and service loaner department. Family-owned since 1936, Lee Auto Mall has grown to 14 locations statewide by maintaining a reputation for professionalism, integrity, and excellence.
This position offers a rare and desirable Monday-through-Friday schedule within the automotive industry. We are looking for an organized, career-minded individual who will serve as a key ambassador for our brand, ensuring our guests receive a seamless, premium hospitality experience.
Core Responsibilities
- Fleet Oversight: Manage the daily logistics, tracking, and preparation of our Toyota rental and service loaner fleet
- Client Relations: Provide a high-touch, professional customer service experience to our dealership guests
- Compliance & Documentation: Accurately verify driver credentials, process insurance documentation, and execute rental agreements
- Vehicle Quality Control: Conduct thorough vehicle inspections to ensure all fleet assets meet our strict standards for safety, cleanliness, and fuel levels
- Department Collaboration: Coordinate directly with the Service and Sales management teams to optimize fleet availability
Professional Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license with a verifiably clean driving record
- Strong organizational skills and precise attention to detail
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with digital management systems and basic computer software
- Experience in automotive rental operations, premium hospitality, or corporate customer service is preferred
