Accounts Payable Clerk
Hourly pay starting at $20.00
Monday- Friday 8AM-5PM
Lee Auto Malls is seeking a motivated and highly organized individual to join our business office in Westbrook. As the Accounts Payable Clerk, you will be responsible for the timely and accurate processing of vendor invoices.
Responsibilities:
- Reviewing A/P invoices for accuracy
- Data entry and reconciliation; resolving discrepancies
- Preparing and scheduling vendor payments
- Analyzing invoices to determine correct accounts and cost center
- Invoice filing
- Building and maintaining relationships with vendors
Qualifications:
- 1 years accounts payable experience
- Strong data entry skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Positive attitude
- Desire to work in a supportive team environment
- Excellent communication skills both oral and written
- Computer proficiency
