Associate – Industrial Sales & Leasing
Team Milopoulos & Baena | Lee & Associates, South Florida
Location: Fort Lauderdale, FL (in-office, full-time)
Compensation: Base Salary Competitive Commission Structure
We’re hiring a driven Junior Associate to join the Milopoulos & Baena Industrial Team at Lee & Associates South Florida. Work directly with Principal Greg Milopoulos and Senior Vice President Christian Baena helping to close existing sale/leasing assignments, while procuring additional opportunities with both new and existing clients throughout Miami-Dade and Broward County.
This is a hands-on role focused on prospecting, cold calling, research, and setting meetings that turn into real deals. You’ll immediately help market and secure the right tenants or buyers for our active listings, including: industrial warehouses in Pompano Beach, paved storage/parking sites in Davie, and high-profile mixed-use development opportunities in Fort Lauderdale and Pompano Beach.
You’ll have full access to our tools (CoStar, LoopNet, etc.), call lists, and team support while building your own book of business.
What you’ll do:
- 300 outbound dials per week
- Research owners & properties
- Set appointments for the team
- Source off-market listings and tenant opportunities
- Input everything into CRM and follow up
Requirements:
- Florida Real Estate License
- Reliable transportation (must have your own car)
- Proven cold-calling / phone sales experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word & Outlook
- Own laptop and cell phone
- Excellent written & spoken English (business emails a must)
