Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Harrisonburg, VA, for a Real Estate Sales Agent at Lee & Associates Commercial Real Estate Brokerage. The Real Estate Sales Agent will manage client relationships, assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing commercial properties, conduct property tours, and negotiate agreements. Key responsibilities also include staying up-to-date on market trends, creating marketing strategies for property listings, and providing excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Real Estate Sales and general Real Estate practices
- Active and valid Real Estate License
- Strong Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationships
- Experience in Sales, including prospecting, lead generation, and negotiations
- Familiarity with the local commercial real estate market is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field is preferred
