Job Summary:
We are looking for a driven and experienced Sales Manager within the construction industry. This role is responsible for developing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of construction services/products, excellent leadership skills, and a proven ability to close deals and expand market share.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in residential, commercial, and/or industrial construction markets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, developers, architects, and key decision-makers
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and bids
  • Collaborate with project management and operations teams to ensure seamless project execution
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
  • Forecast sales, track performance metrics, and report on results to senior management
  • Negotiate contracts and close high-value deals
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Construction Management, or a related field
  • 5–10 years of sales experience, preferably in the construction industry
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and project lifecycle
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build long-term client relationships
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Willingness to travel as needed

Pay: $52,074.53 - $62,713.41 per year

  • Construction: 5 years (Preferred)

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Houston, TX (Harris County)
