Marketing Specialist

Job Description:

Ledo Pizza is seeking a highly motivated and talented Marketing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing creative concepts and campaigns that align with our brand and business objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute creative concepts and campaigns across a variety of media, including print, digital, photography, video, and social.
• Work closely with internal teams to understand business objectives and create strategies to achieve them.
• Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and other creative professionals to execute projects.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and new technologies to bring fresh, innovative ideas to the table.
• Ensure all creative work meets brand guidelines and standards.
• New Store Openings - Training and Participation.
• Local Travel up to 50% of Time.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or comparable experience in advertising, graphic design, marketing, or a related field.
• 3 years of experience in a creative role, preferably in an agency or in-house creative team.
• Strong portfolio of work demonstrating a wide range of creative skills, including conceptual thinking, design, photography, video, copywriting, and production.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop and Illustrator), Canva, Sprout Social, WordPress, ChatGPT, Google Workspace, Chatfuel, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas effectively.
• Strong problem-solving and project management skills.
• A passion for staying up-to-date on industry trends and new technologies.
