What You'll Do:
- Transport, set up, and dismantle display equipment (tables, banners, signage, tents, etc.).
- Be friendly, engaging, and ignite brand/product awareness about Lednor Home Solutions.
- Set qualified appointments with homeowners.
- Meet or exceed appointment-setting goals within system guidelines.
- Handle every prospect with product knowledge, empathy, and world-class service.
- Communicate end-of-shift results and reports via email or text.

Requirements:
- 2-3 years sales, event marketing, lead generation , business development experience.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Comfortable interacting with the public.
- Enthusiastic, confident, and well-spoken.
- Availability to work weekends and select weekdays.
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Capable of setting up demonstration spaces.
- Pass a pre-employment background check.
