Roofing & Gutter Inspector (Home Improvement) needed to join our professional team; full-time position with great benefits! Earn $75K 1st Year Potential Based on Experience & Sales; min 5 years previous home improvement experience required; experience in Gutters/Roofing helpful but not required.

Job Summary:

• Provide a seamless and high-quality customer experience
• Visit existing customers by appointment set by the company
• Evaluate customers needs and give estimates based on the customers’ needs

Who You Are:

• Minimum 5 years on-the-job experience with the home improvement industry (management & some technical experience) required
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous gutter and/or roofing experience preferred
• Basic to intermediate computer skills required, knowledge of Microsoft Office programs and CRM a plus
• Creates customer-focused environment, provides excellent customer service and sees business through the eyes of the customer
• Ability to identify root causes and solve issues with a high sense of urgency and detail
• Strong organizational skills, strong time, workload, and project management skills
• Motivated and reliable individual who takes pride in their work
• Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
• Professional demeanor and good, clear speaking voice
• Excellent communication skills; able to communicate at all levels (written and verbal) -proven customer interaction
• Proven ability to negotiate and manage issues/conflicts
• Ensure that notes in customer’s records are up to date and precise
• Must possess valid (State) driver’s license
• Must pass a background screening and drug test
• Ability to climb ladders
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to inspect outdoor job sites year-round
