Cook Job Summary
Are you a cook and tired of restaurant hours? Be part of our dining services team in creating and serving delicious dishes for our residents. Prepare food in accordance with applicable standards, guidelines and regulations as directed by the Resident Dining Director and assure the quality of food service is provided at all times. Responsibilities:
- Prepare food using standardized recipes and procedures.
- Maintain safe and sanitary procedures, paying special attention to temperatures of food and attractiveness of trays.
- Meet the demands of meal schedules and therapeutic diets
- Talk to residents in a friendly way and make sure they're happy,
Qualifications:
- Stay positive, especially when it's busy, to keep things happy.
- Be patient and understanding when customers have requests or concerns.
