Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional check-in experience.
- Manage guest reservations efficiently using multi-line phone systems and hotel property management system.
- Respond to guest inquiries via phone, email, or in person with exemplary phone etiquette and customer service skills.
- Assist guests with their needs during their stay, including room changes, service requests, and information about local attractions.
- Conduct night audits when required, balancing accounts and preparing reports to ensure financial accuracy.
- Maintain accurate guest records and process payments with a high level of precision.
- Maintain guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times.
- Assist with laundry operations, including washing, drying, folding and stocking linens.
- Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the lobby and common areas, including regular tidying, restocking supplies and reporting maintenance needs.
- Support administrative tasks such as answering multi-line phones, managing guest records, and coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance teams.
- Collaborate effectively with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in hospitality or a guest‑service–focused role preferred.
- Familiarity with hotel operations, including front desk procedures, night audit functions, and guest relations, is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills with an emphasis on exceptional customer service and professional phone etiquette.
- Demonstrated ability to stay organized, manage time effectively, and handle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
- Responds to unexpected challenges with calm, solution‑oriented thinking.
- Commitment to delivering outstanding guest experiences, with the ability to address concerns professionally, tactfully, and with a positive attitude.
- Collaborative team player who contributes to a supportive work environment.
