Seasonal | Up to 30 hours per week | 6 hour shifts
About Us
LedgeStone Grille is seeking an experienced and friendly Server/Bartender to join our team. As the face of our restaurant, you will help create a high-quality dining experience while working in a supportive and fast-paced environment.
This position includes an 18% guaranteed gratuity on all applicable checks in addition to your hourly wage.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain clean, sanitized, and organized tables.
- Greet guests promptly and provide attentive, friendly service.
- Present menus and assist guests with food and beverage selections.
- Accurately take and deliver food and drink orders.
- Work collaboratively with servers, kitchen staff, and bar staff.
- Handle guest concerns professionally and positively.
- Process payments and complete cashier functions.
- Keep work areas neat, clean, and organized.
- Wear proper uniform and non-slip shoes.
- Work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and some holidays.
Qualifications
- Serving/Bartending experience required.
- Basic computer/tablet knowledge.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to stay productive during busy and slow periods.
- Reliable, responsible, and team-oriented.
- High school diploma preferred but not required.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand or walk for entire shift.
- Frequent bending, lifting, carrying, and reaching.
- Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs.
- Must be 21 to serve alcohol from behind the bar; 18 to serve alcohol to guests.
Compensation
$8 per hour 18% guaranteed gratuity on all applicable checks
This structure results in strong average hourly earnings.
Schedule
- Seasonal position (up to 30 hours/week)
- 6 hour shifts
- Morning, day, evening, and weekend shifts available
Experience
- Restaurant experience: 1 year (Required)
Location
- Must be able to commute to Branson West, MO 65737
