Local Accounting firm looking for a reliable, organized, and independent individual with strong data entry skills. Accounting and payroll background are helpful but not necessary.
Job duties:
Daily coding income and expense for a variety of clients
Data entry of income and expenses for each client
Processing of live and after the fact payroll - federal/state tax report processing
Our office assistant is the main point of contact for our clients both in person and over the phone. Strong customer service and confidence is key in creating an inviting environment for our clientele.
The position is full time 8-5 Monday - Friday with an hour for lunch. Reliability is a must.

Salary: $16.00 - $21.00 per hour
