Job Title: Tax Preparer
Employment Type: Full‑Time, Direct Hire
Location: East Valley (Onsite)
Compensation: $55,000-$110,000 DOE

This Tax Preparer role supports a growing CPA firm with a strong reputation and long‑tenured team. The position is hands‑on and focused on preparing accurate tax returns while supporting a diverse client base.

This opportunity is driven by new client growth, creating long‑term stability and consistent workload.

* Prepare individual and business tax returns
* Review financial data to ensure accuracy and completeness
* Support tax compliance and filing requirements
* Assist with year‑end processes and deadlines
* Work directly with clients to gather information and answer questions
* Maintain accurate and organized documentation
* Collaborate with internal accounting team on client matters

* Experience preparing tax returns
* Background in a CPA firm or client service environment preferred
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Ability to manage deadlines, especially during tax season
* Proficiency with tax software and accounting systems
* Strong communication skills and comfort working with clients

* Experience with multiple clients or entities
* Exposure to both individual and business returns
* Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting systems
