Responsibilities include processing high-volume, full-cycle payroll across multiple states and entities, preparing union reports, ensuring compliance, and managing payroll-related audits and documentation.
Requirements:
- Union payroll experience (required)
- Certified payroll experience
- Union reporting
- Multi-state and multi-entity payroll
- Full-cycle payroll processing
- High-volume payroll environment
- Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables
