We're hiring a Finance & Accounting Manager to join a stable, growing B2B services company and play a key role in driving financial strategy and performance.
This is a highly visible role focused on budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis, with the opportunity to serve as a trusted advisor on GAAP and accounting matters.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling
- Deliver insights through variance analysis and KPI reporting
- Partner with leadership to drive business performance
- Build dashboards and reporting using Excel and Power BI
- Leverage automation and AI tools to improve processes
- Provide GAAP guidance and accounting oversight
- Review financials and advise on accounting implications of key decisions
- CPA or MBA required
- 5-8 years of experience in finance accounting
- Strong background in financial analysis and planning
- Solid GAAP knowledge with an advisory mindset
- Advanced Excel skills (Index/Match, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/HLOOKUP)
- Experience with Power BI or similar BI tools
- Exposure to AI tools / financial automation is a plus
