Finance and Accounting Manager

Based in Phoenix, Arizona

Compensation Range: $130-160k based on experience

We're hiring a Finance & Accounting Manager to join a stable, growing B2B services company and play a key role in driving financial strategy and performance.

This is a highly visible role focused on budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis, with the opportunity to serve as a trusted advisor on GAAP and accounting matters.

What You'll Do

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling
• Deliver insights through variance analysis and KPI reporting
• Partner with leadership to drive business performance
• Build dashboards and reporting using Excel and Power BI
• Leverage automation and AI tools to improve processes
• Provide GAAP guidance and accounting oversight
• Review financials and advise on accounting implications of key decisions
  
  

What We're Looking For

• CPA or MBA required
• 5-8 years of experience in finance accounting
• Strong background in financial analysis and planning
• Solid GAAP knowledge with an advisory mindset
• Advanced Excel skills (Index/Match, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/HLOOKUP)
• Experience with Power BI or similar BI tools
• Exposure to AI tools / financial automation is a plus

Desired Skills and Experience
