Local, established and growing construction firm in Richmond, CA, is seeking to add a Construction Admin/ Bookeeper to their team. This is 100% onsite. $75,000- $85,000
Qualified candidates will have the following:
- 5 years of Construction Administration/ Bookeeping REQUIRED
- Must be familiar with liens, change orders, billing, helping projects managers, working with Subs
- Large EPR system experience needed, Vista Viewpoint a plus, strong Intermediate Excel required
- Must be able to work 100% onsite in Richmond, CA, hours 7am- 4pm
- $75,000 - $85,000 plus benefits
