A growing organization is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Manager to lead and oversee the full AP function. This is a fully onsite role responsible for managing day-to-day accounts payable operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and strong internal controls.
This position offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000, depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the full-cycle accounts payable process, including invoice processing, coding, and payments
Supervise and mentor AP staff, ensuring productivity and accuracy
Review and approve invoices, expense reports, and payment runs
Maintain vendor relationships and resolve discrepancies or payment issues
Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting procedures
Assist with month-end close, accruals, and reporting
Implement and improve AP processes and internal controls
Collaborate with Accounting, Finance, and other departments
Qualifications
Prior experience in accounts payable with staff supervision required
Strong understanding of full-cycle AP processes
Experience with ERP systems; Microsoft Navision is a plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication skills
