Accounting Coordinator (AP/AR Focus)
Our client is seeking an Accounting Coordinator to support day-to-day accounting operations. This role will focus on accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, and assisting with month-end close.
$50,000-$57,000
- Process invoices, payments, and maintain vendor records (AP)
- Handle billing, cash applications, and assist with collections (AR)
- Perform bank and account reconciliations
- Support month-end close activities, including journal entries and accruals
- Assist with general accounting tasks and reporting as needed
- 1-3 years of accounting experience (AP/AR preferred)
- Basic understanding of accounting principles
- Strong Excel skills
- Experience with accounting/ERP systems is a plus
- Detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines
- Location: Tampa Bay
- Compensation: $50,000-$57,000
