Position Overview

Title: Digital Marketing Manager
Type: Contract or Contract-to-Hire
Hours: Approximately 30-40 hours per week

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize:




• Google Ads


• Meta/Facebook advertising


• Social media channels


• SEO (Search Engine Optimization)


• AEO (Answer Engine Optimization)




• Analyze campaign performance and KPIs.


• Monitor metrics such as lead generation and ad placement effectiveness.


• Coordinate with an existing Canadian marketing partner that creates ad content.

Candidate Profile

Required Skills

• Strong digital marketing experience focused on:




• Paid search


• Paid social


• SEO


• Analytics and reporting




• Ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.


• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office.

Not Required

• Traditional graphic design background.


• Photography, videography, or extensive content creation.

Preferred

• College degree preferred but not mandatory.


• Exceptional experience can outweigh education requirements.

Work Arrangement

• Preference for on-site presence.


• Open to a hybrid schedule for the right candidate.


• Periodic site visits are expected to maintain familiarity with communities and team operations.
