We are hiring a contact center agent to start immediately for a leading Electronic Company. Lots of room for growth!
This is a contract to hire position, monday to friday, need to be able to work weekends, evenings, and major holidays if needed.
100% on site in Eastvale, CA and up to 20/hour on W2.
The Contact Center Agent is responsible for skillfully communicating with clients and colleagues, gathering and sharing information over the phone and in digital mediums.
Agents create, edit and close cases according to processes and needs. Agents will need to be able prioritize tasks to accomplish them successfully.
The right candidate for this position will communicate clearly and effectively with the soft skills necessary.
