Temporary Senior Accountant - Nonprofit (Immediate Need)
A nonprofit organization is seeking an experienced Senior Accountant for a temporary assignment while they search for a permanent hire. The ideal candidate will work onsite in a clean and professional environment, with parking available.

Responsibilities:
- Report directly to the Controller
- Perform complex bank reconciliations
- Prepare prepaid and accrual journal entries
- Generate interim financial statements
- Assist in preparing audit schedules
- 5 major bank reconciliations
- 3 accounts receivable reconciliations - 2 major
- Last Month's rent -
- Advanced deposits and clearing account- Room master -
- Prepaid Insurance
- Accounts Payable reconciliation - aging to GL
- Accruals (wages, vacation, water-sewer, IT, Utilities, Legal)
- Net Assets across 3 "companies"
- Investments - tie Blair to GL
- 401(K) PR deduction accounts, - little accounts reconciliations
- Daily cash postings
- CGA liability reconciliation
- Deferred revenue account JE
- Recording information for end of year audit
- Legacies
- Pledges
- American Tower entries
- Daystar distributions
- Revenue reconciliations
