Key responsibilities:
- Financial analysis and reporting: Perform complex analysis using modeling, forecasting, and statistical methods. Update, maintain, and create standard financial reports and present key findings to management.
- Budgeting and forecasting: Coordinate and assist with the annual budgeting process. Provide financial data to support financial planning and forecasting.
- Operational support: Analyze operational difficulties and make recommendations to solve problems, sometimes supporting business development projects.
- Data management: Collect, analyze, and interpret data, often involving working with large datasets and databases like Epic.
- Presentation and communication: Develop presentations for leadership and board committee meetings. Work with decision-makers to define analysis parameters and communicate findings.
- Healthcare-specific tasks: Analyze health plan accounts receivables and collections and apply knowledge of healthcare terminology, coding practices, and KPI definitions.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business or Accounting.
- 2-3 years finance experience
- Experience with financial analysis, financial modeling, and forecasting.
- Experience in the healthcare industry
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-faceted environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Epic software a plus
