Duties
- Prepare ingredients by washing, chopping, slicing, and measuring to ensure readiness for cooking and plating

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, utensils, and equipment in compliance with food safety regulations
- Support menu planning by preparing components for daily specials or catering events
- Handle food safely by following proper storage, handling, and sanitation procedures
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely meal preparation and service delivery
- Assist with food inventory management and restocking supplies as needed
Requirements
- Previous experience in dietary departments or dietary aide roles is highly desirable
- Familiarity with food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen safety standards
- Strong knife skills and proficiency in meal preparation and food handling
- Experience in food service environments such as restaurants or catering is a plus
