3. Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.

4. Facilitate project meetings, track progress, and provide regular updates to stakeholders and leadership.

5. Identify risks, issues, and dependencies, and develop mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.

6. Document and standardize processes, ensuring best practices are shared and adopted across the organization.

7. Support change management activities, including communications, training, and stakeholder engagement.

8. Continuously evaluate outcomes and capture lessons learned for future improvement.

9. Serve as a champion for operational excellence, helping to drive efficiency, collaboration, and innovation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (preferred).
  • 3–5 years of professional experience in project management, operations, or process improvement.

  • Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation abilities, with proven success managing cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to shifting priorities.
  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Smartsheet, MS Project, or similar).
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with a focus on continuous improvement.
