Bilingual Legal Receptionist (Spanish Required)

Our personal injury law firm is seeking a friendly, professional, and highly organized Bilingual Legal Receptionist to join our team. This role is essential to maintaining excellent client communication and ensuring smooth front office operations.
You will be the first point of contact for many of our clients, helping ensure they feel welcomed, heard, and supported throughout their experience with our firm. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow within a law firm environment, with training and room for advancement.
Spanish fluency (speaking and writing) is required to support our Spanish-speaking clients.
Responsibilities
• Answer and professionally route incoming calls
• Greet clients and visitors with a welcoming, courteous demeanor
• Handle outgoing mail, including certified mail and FedEx shipments
• Track and manage incoming and outgoing correspondence
• Assist with preparation and coordination of outgoing settlement checks
• Maintain an organized and professional front office
• Provide administrative support to attorneys and staff as needed
Qualifications
• Fluent in Spanish (speaking and writing) — required
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Professional phone presence and ability to multitask
• Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment
• Prior law office experience is a plus, but not required
Salary : $18 - $23
