  • Coordinate logistics for press events, screenings, premieres, photo shoots, festivals, interviews, and press days, including travel and grooming arrangements.

  • Process client requests accurately and in a timely manner.

  • Attend screenings, premieres, interviews, press days, and other client events, including occasional after-hours coverage.

  • Maintain and update press databases, media contact lists, client calendars, and other tracking documents.

  • Upload, organize, and maintain client files within Google Drive and distribute materials to internal teams as needed.

  • Prepare agendas and meeting materials for recurring client meetings.

  • Conduct research to support client strategy, campaign planning, and media opportunities.

  • Liaise with the MPAA and other industry organizations as needed.

  • Assist with onboarding and supervising interns.

  • Stay informed on the evolving media landscape, including new publications, websites, podcasts, television, film, and industry trends.

  • Experience with Constant Contact or similar email distribution/database platforms is a plus.

  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with meticulous attention to detail.

  • Excellent written, verbal, editing, and proofreading skills.

  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with a professional, polished, and confident demeanor.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.

  • Proactive, resourceful, and able to anticipate the needs of team members and clients.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and sound judgment in a fast-paced environment.

  • Reliable, responsive, collaborative, and able to prioritize competing deadlines with a strong sense of urgency.
