Executive Assistant
Our Concord, NH client is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant for their team! You’ll support the executive director and perform additional operational tasks to help this mission-driven organization run smoothly.
Responsibilities of the Executive Assistant
- Manage calendar for executive director
- Coordinate meeting logistics and prepare agendas
- Draft correspondence and help revise documentation
- Provide backup reception coverage
- Support communication and coordination among staff, volunteers, partners, and external stakeholders
- Maintain files and assist with data tracking and reporting
- Support special projects, events, cross-department initiatives, and operational priorities as assigned
Qualifications of the Executive Assistant
- 5 years of experience in administrative support, legal services, or nonprofit operations
- Experience supporting senior leadership preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment
- Experience with databases, case management systems, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Commitment to access to justice and serving low-income communities
- Experience supporting grant-funded programs, including data tracking, reporting, or compliance, preferred
- Spanish or other language skills preferred
The Executive Assistant works Monday through Friday from 8:00am-4:00pm for $30-$35/hour, DOE. We look forward to connecting with you!
