We’re looking for experienced HDPE Pipefitters to join our growing telecom construction team. This role will be responsible for installing, preparing, joining, and protecting HDPE conduit for fiber-optic infrastructure.
Travel is required for this position. Projects are located throughout Arizona and surrounding states, with crews typically rotating to a new project location approximately every four weeks.

Essential Responsibilities:
- Install, lay out, align, and assemble HDPE (polyethylene) pipe ranging from 4” to 8” diameter in accordance with project specifications and manufacturer requirements
- Measure, cut and prepare HDPE pipe
- Join HDPE conduit using manufacturer-specified adhesive bonding systems, including proper surface preparation, adhesive mixing/application, and curing procedures
- Pull, place and secure conduit
- Inspect completed joints and conduit runs
- Assist with trenching, bedding, pipe placement, tie-ins, and backfill operations as required
- Be willing and able to perform general manual labor when not actively fitting
- Follow company safety policies, OSHA regulations, and site-specific requirements
- Minimum of 3 years experience in conduit installation preferably in underground utilities, telecommunications or civil construction
- Ability to accurately measure, cut and assemble conduit
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Valid driver’s license
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
