Essential Responsibilities:
- Champion and uphold Ledcor’s safety-first culture, ensuring all safety and environmental standards are met or exceeded on telecom construction sites
- Lead or support the planning and execution of large-scale telecommunications projects, including fiber deployments, small cell installations, and wireless tower builds
- Manage or contribute to risk management, permitting, and client communications throughout the project lifecycle
- Participate in or lead the identification and pursuit of new telecom project opportunities
- Oversee or assist with project scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation using industry-standard tools and methodologies
- Support or lead the implementation of the Project Quality Plan (PQP) and ensure compliance with telecom construction standards and specifications
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and services
- Negotiate or support contract execution and change order management
- Help establish and manage project systems, including cost tracking, reporting, and documentation
- Four to six years of telecom or utility construction project management experience, with a proven track record of leading large, complex infrastructure builds
- Strong understanding of telecom construction methods, permitting processes, and industry standards (e.g., NESC, NEC, local codes)
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage subcontractors, and communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders
- Experience with contract negotiation, cost control, and scheduling tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or similar) is a plus
- This will be an in office-based role
