Essential Responsibilities:
- Safe and efficient operation of jaw and cone crushers to meet production targets
- Understanding of crushing systems; including pulley, belts, and conveyors to safely operate equipment
- Conduct pre-trip/walk-around safety inspections and completes daily Field Level Hazard Assessments for all activities
- Maintain heavy equipment in good operating condition, and reporting and logging maintenance requirements or concerns
- Complete production reporting and other documentation as required
- Communicate effectively and professionally with other team members
- Be a leader of both safety and production for the team by ensuring compliance with all company, client, and legislated safety policies and procedures including MSHA
- Maintain fall protection and hosting & rigging requirements
- Minimum 6 months of previous plant crusher experience is preferred
- Experience operating 980/988 loaders
- Valid MSHA p. 48 metal/nonmetal is preferred
- Must have valid photo identification
- Successful completion of pre-employment drug and alcohol
- Must be able to pass respirator fit test requirements
- 5 days on with 4 days off, working 12-hour days that has the potential to alternate between a day and night shift rotation
- Overtime rates apply after 40 hours per week and are paid at time and a half
- Living out allowance provided for those who qualify

- Site based position where work will be primarily outdoors and in various weather conditions with long term opportunities for employment
