What are the responsibilities and job description for the CREW LABOR (1 YR EXP) position at LED Unplugged Lighting and Event Rentals?

We are currently looking for a full-time crew member for set up/tear downs (strikes) for events that are located at various public and private locations in Las Vegas and the surrounding area.
These events include a variety of start and end times, but hours will be mostly nights and weekends.
Work may consist of, but is not limited to, loading and unloading rental products (to/from trucks in-warehouse and to/from trucks at various locations), including installation of lighting, and lifting, assembling, and arranging furniture, trussing, and other various rental products.

- Follow safety procedures, proper packing techniques, and security policies
- Be willing and eager to learn new things
- Have reliable transportation with a valid NV driver's license.
- Experience driving large box trucks and cargo vans for delivery/pickups, loading and unloading of product(s).
- Physically able to walk, stand, bend, push/pull, reach, kneel and lift 100 lbs repeatedly during a shift.
- Strong communication skills; must be able to communicate in a polite and professional manner.
- Must respect authority, follow directions, and be able to accept and respond appropriately to constructive criticism.
- Be a team player who is consistently on-time to work with a clean appearance and a positive attitude
- Able to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, holidays, and on short notice
- Must be able to climb and work on step-ladders and extension ladders up to 24'
Starting full-time pay at $18-$20 per hour depending on experience.
*Previous event set-up/tear down experience is preferred.
*Warehouse experience is preferred.
