Led Phantom Distribution is seeking a dedicated Delivery Driver to join our team in the Lombard, IL area. This role is vital in ensuring timely delivery of lighting products to our customers, reflecting our commitment to exceptional service and reliability. Responsibilities
- Safely operate box trucks to transport lighting products to various locations 4 plus hours away
- Load and unload goods efficiently using forklifts or pallet jacks.
- Provide excellent customer service during deliveries, addressing client needs professionally.
- Follow planned routes and schedules to ensure timely deliveries.
- Assist with warehouse organization and inventory management as needed.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding delivery status.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License with clean driving record.
- Proven experience as a delivery driver, preferably in the electrical or related industry.
- Ability to operate box trucks, forklifts, and pallet jacks.
- Able to work early and long hours as needed, no weekends
- Strong customer service skills with a professional attitude.
- Physical ability to lift heavy items and perform manual tasks.
- Excellent time management and route planning skills.
- Knowledge of safety standards related to driving and warehouse operations.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications are a plus.
