Inside Sales Representative – Commercial Lighting
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Compensation: Competitive base salary uncapped quarterly commissions

About The Role

What You’ll Do
- Reach out to new and existing customers to introduce our lighting products and solutions
- Build relationships through consistent communication (calls, emails, follow-ups)
- Identify customer needs and recommend the right lighting solutions
- Meet and exceed sales goals and performance targets
- Maintain detailed notes and updates in our CRM system
- Prepare and deliver price quotes and proposals
- Collaborate with team members to support customer satisfaction and account growth
- 1 years of experience in sales or customer service (lighting or electrical industry preferred)
- Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging new prospects
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills
- Detail-oriented and organized with strong time management
- Proficient in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and CRM software
- Self-motivated with a drive to exceed goals and grow professionally
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Valid driver’s license required
