Work focus areas will expand over time to include:
SEO Strategy:
- Assist in the execution of our comprehensive SEO strategy.
- Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities for optimization.
- Collaborate with content and development teams to implement on-page and off-page updates.
Email Marketing:
- Oversee the planning, execution, and analysis of email marketing campaigns.
- Develop segmented email lists and personalized content to increase engagement and conversions.
- Monitor email performance metrics and iterate on strategies for continuous improvement.
Conversion Optimization:
- Collaborate with the experimentation team to design and develop pages and user journeys.
- Analyze user behavior data to help generate data-driven conversion ideas
Analytics and Reporting:
- Regularly monitor and report on the performance of marketing initiatives.
- Utilize analytics tools to provide insights and recommendations for ongoing improvements.
- Prepare regular reports for key stakeholders, highlighting key performance indicators.
Paid Ads Strategy:
- Support the PPC team's optimizations and research to support campaigns across various platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Analyze campaign performance metrics for insights to maximize ROI.
Qualifications:
- 2 years of professional experience in developing and executing successful digital marketing strategies.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
