Job Title: Warehouse Associate
Location: Henderson, NV 89044
Job Type: Full-Time/Part Time
Shift: Monday-Friday 7:30AM-4PM
Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks that support the efficient operation of our warehouse, ensuring timely and accurate inventory management and order fulfillment. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, a willingness to learn, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Warehouse
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments, ensuring accuracy of orders and product condition.
- Store products in appropriate locations within the warehouse.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Perform regular stock counts and assist with inventory management, reporting discrepancies to supervisors.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers in a safe and efficient manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment by following safety procedures and standards.
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks, ensuring goods are properly secured.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily productivity and performance goals.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and company policies.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Logistics
- Proficiency with logistics software (Worldship), ERP systems (e.g., SAP, NetSuite, Oracle), and Microsoft Office
- Ability to create and interpret shipping documents (BOLs, packing lists, customs forms, etc.)
- Familiarity with freight carriers, rate negotiations, and shipment tracking
- Experience coordinating international inbound shipments, including ocean, air, and courier freight
- Ability to work with foreign suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers
- Familiarity with duties, tariffs, and basic import-cost calculations
- Ability to track and manage ETAs, delays, demurrage, and customs clearance
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is required (2 year).
- Inventory control experience required.
- Forklift experience required
- Delivery experience preferred.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and perform physical tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Ability to operate warehouse machinery and equipment safely (training will be provided if necessary).
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if needed.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
