Position Overview:
As a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor with the LECOM Institute for Successful Living, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional nursing care to our patients. We are looking for a compassionate and skilled individual who is committed to delivering personalized, evidence-based care while upholding the highest standards of professionalism and ethics.
Tuition Reimbursement:
In addition to the new bonus, the RN and LPN Tuition Reimbursement Program was created to assist LECOM Health employees by offsetting a portion of their educational expenses. Registered Nurses or Licensed Practical Nurses may be eligible for tuition reimbursement up to $22,000. Inquire for plan details.
Responsibilities:
- Assess and monitor patients' health conditions.
- Develop and implement nursing care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Educate patients and their families on healthcare plans and procedures.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings.
- Adhere to infection control and safety protocols.
Qualifications:
- Valid and current RN license in Pennsylvania.
- CPR certification.
- Strong clinical and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Previous nursing experience is a plus.
