The LECOM Institute for Successful Living is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Full-Time Night Shift Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our skilled nursing team at LECOM at Elmwood Gardens, located at 2628 Elmwood Ave, Erie PA.
The schedule for this position will be 7:00pm to 7:30am 3 days per week, with an every other weekend rotation. *A $3.00/hr shift differential applies.

Position Summary
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides direct nursing care to residents under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or physician. The LPN plays a vital role in ensuring residents’ medical, physical, and emotional needs are met while maintaining compliance with all regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes to appropriate clinical staff
- Accurately document nursing care and resident status in the medical record
- Assist with admissions, discharges, and transfers
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support resident-centered care
- Maintain compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations
- Promote a safe, clean, and respectful care environment
Qualifications
- Current Pennsylvania LPN license in good standing
- Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred (new graduates encouraged to apply)
- Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a healthcare team
