This position will be responsible to help run the day-to-day operations in Shipping office. This position will be responsible to get shipments ready each day.

Position Responsibilities
- Count and match orders to bills of lading each day
- Prepare bills of lading and air bills for domestic and international freight
- Enter information into Oracle
- Keypunch carton, ceramic, literature, service, and D-70 items
- Retrieve shipping charges on computer
- Prepare freight to be shipped
- Perform telephone work involving shipping questions from other departments
- Authority to sign Federal Express and UPS Manifest, freight bills, bills of lading, air bills, stock and purchase requisitions, safety inspection report, accident reports, production part re-order form, maintenance work orders, freight bills for payment, customer routing requests
- Authority to gather information, assemble and distribute reports
- Other duties assigned by the Shipping Supervisor
- Able to operate a computer and use the telephone
- High School Diploma or equivalent
