Domestic Sales Coordinator

Schedule:
Full Time: 8:00am- 5:00pm, Monday – Friday
Position Summary:
Support staff to both outside sales and customers. Complete final quote and bid documents that are sent to customers.
Position Responsibilities:
- Assist sales engineers as needed
- Organize and prepare quotations and mailings as directed by the sales engineers/managers
- Use LECO Quote System for quoting
- Use of Oracle system for reviewing/processing orders, pricing, inventory, etc.
- Maintain sales databases (Sales Force)
- Complete vendor survey/bid forms as needed
- Prepare reports for sales managers
- Sort and distribute mail
- Other duties as required
Position Requirements:
- Excellent oral and written communications skills
- Computer literate
- Organizational skills
- Pleasant telephone manner
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Office experience
Education/Certifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
