When You’ll Work

• PA - 2nd shift (8) hour day: 3:20pm - 11:50pm
• 2nd shift (10) hour day: 3:20pm - 1:50am

Earn a 15% premium as a 2nd shift employee, plus a retention bonus for 2nd shift new hires.

What You’ll Do

• React swiftly to out-of-control conditions per the LECO Quality Management Plan.
• Take preventive action to avoid product non-conformities.
• Initiate, recommend, and channel solutions through the proper avenues.
• Detect and record product quality problems.
• Confirm that corrective actions are fully implemented.
• Hold processing, delivery, or installation of non-conforming product until corrected.
• Inspect parts you manufacture and complete required data entry.

Do You Bring These Skills?

In the Machinist 2-1 classification, you must be able to interpret engineering drawings and routers and confidently use precision measuring instruments. You either own the necessary tools of the trade or are willing to purchase them.

• Machine maintenance
• Miscellaneous shop duties

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent; 3 years of experience preferred
