As a Top 50 FedEx partner, we operate 21 fulfillment centers worldwide—15 across the U.S.—to provide fast national coverage. With our in-house WMS/TMS, we enable seamless integration and operational visibility for enterprise customers. We’re evolving beyond traditional 3PL into the sorting fulfillment infrastructure layer for cross-border brands—competing on node efficiency, scalable fulfillment, and execution excellence.
Role Summary:
We’re hiring a 3PL Sales Manager (BD) to acquire and grow new 3PL customers by selling enterprise-ready fulfillment solutions—not spot warehousing. Key Responsibilities
- New business development: Identify, prospect, and close new logos for fulfillment & logistics partnerships (eCommerce / cross-border / retail brands).
- Consultative selling: Lead discovery to uncover customer pain points (cost, SLA, speed, scalability, integration), and position LECANGS’ multi-node network WMS/TMS capabilities.
- Solution shaping: Partner with Solutions Engineering/Ops to design scalable fulfillment models (multi-node strategy, service levels, peak planning, returns, value-added services, etc.).
- Pipeline ownership: Build and manage a healthy pipeline (prospecting cadence, CRM hygiene, forecasting accuracy, weekly/monthly targets).
- Commercial execution: Drive pricing, proposal, negotiation, and contracting; align internal stakeholders to accelerate deal cycles.
- Customer success handoff: Ensure smooth transition from signed deal to implementation; stay engaged to support expansion opportunities.
- Performance-driven growth: Deliver revenue and margin targets while maintaining high quality of customer fit and operational feasibility.
Qualifications (Required)
- 3–7 years of experience in 3PL sales / logistics sales / fulfillment BD (preferably B2B).
- Proven track record of new customer acquisition and closing mid-market to enterprise deals.
- Strong knowledge of fulfillment/logistics: warehousing, pick/pack/ship, parcel networks, SLAs, peak planning, returns.
- Ability to run structured sales process: prospecting → discovery → solution → proposal → negotiation → close.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with operations/solutions/product; able to translate operational constraints into customer-facing commitments.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and executive stakeholder management.
- Willingness to travel locally/regionally as needed (customer visits, site tours, QBRs).

- Commission/Bonus: Uncapped, performance-based
- Benefits: medical/dental/vision, PTO, 401(k), etc.
