Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards.
- Engage with customers to take drink orders, provide recommendations, and ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and restocking supplies.
- Operate cash registers and POS systems accurately for processing transactions.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and responsible serving practices.
- Assist in managing inventory levels of liquor, mixers, and garnishes.
- Stay updated on drink trends, brewing techniques, and cocktail recipes to enhance the menu offerings.
Experience
- Previous bartending experience is required, particularly in nightclub or fine dining settings.
